Termination of Service Defined

MyWalkThroughLife was created to provide a platform for people to socialize in groups with like minded individuals and when finished, leave with a positive experience. Due to numerous complaints on many social web sites that have called out behavior that is inconsistent with a moral and civil society we have taken the position to make it a priority to minimize dysfunctional conduct on this site. It was so important that we decided to single out the Code of Conduct from the Terms and Conditions section with its own heading. The focus of this social web site is to lift the human spirit up, not tear it down. Therefore, as a condition of use, you will be denied access from the website and your subscription terminated for attempting to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purposes not reasonably intended by MyWalkThroughLife, by way of example and not as a limitation, you agree not to use this service:

To abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate any person;
To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, profane, or that infringes any copyright or other right of any person;
To communicate with MyWalkThroughLife representatives or other users in an abusive or offensive manner;
To troll with the purpose of stirring up discourse and political division through the use of lies and propaganda;
To recruit and/or gain support for any terrorist organization or hate group;
To spread lies, slander, hate and suppression of thought concerning any religion;
For any purpose, including posting or viewing content that is not permitted under the laws of the Jurisdiction where you use the Services;
To post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any Communication designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any MyWalkThroughLife user;
To create or transmit unwanted “spam” to any person or any URL;
Trolling for written text, pictures and video using multiple accounts for the media or personal gain.
To post copyrighted Content that does not belong to you, unless the owner was contacted and gave you permission to do so. This shall be in writing.
To open an account for gaining access to a specific group that requires Certification or Licensure. Certain exceptions will apply;

Note: If denied access for one or more of the above actions, your content will be immediately removed. however, you will be given three days to state your case by e-mail for just cause before final judgment.
